At URIEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your URIEL account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
